Is the electrical read as good as the roofing read?
Not yet. Roofing has a year of real packages behind its template. Electrical starts with the same engine and an empty template. Founding desks are how it gets filled.
Can my roofing account add waterproofing?
That is the closest trade to roofing and many roofers carry it. Tell us on the founding desk form and we will say whether it is a template extension or a new trade for your office.
Does the second tier come with each trade?
No. Markup to filled estimate is built per trade, after the read for that trade is live. It is in beta for roofing today.
What if my trade is not listed?
Reserve a founding desk and pick Other. Every trade in a commercial package is a scope filter on the same documents.
When?
When a founding desk has run real invitations through it and checked the read against the set. We do not put dates on a page.
