How it works

From invitation to a cited scope sheet, the same day.

The invitation lands overnight, Bidroq reads the whole package, and the scope sheet is waiting with the page number under every line.

01

The invitation arrives.

Connect a mailbox, connect a portal, or forward to one address. Bidroq follows the plan links, downloads the set, and keeps watching the portal for addenda. If a sign-in, an NDA or a dead link stands in the way, it says which source is unconnected and what it needs.

Manual upload for anything else
Bid drawings delivered overnight at a jobsite trailer, timestamped 04:12
Three intake routes on an estimating table: a mailbox stack, portal rolls and an upload pile
Plan rack holding every set the office has bid

02

Bidroq reads all of it.

Drawings, specs and addenda, front to back, the day they land. It asks the same questions your estimator asks, cross-checks the answers across every document, and writes a short summary per document. When an addendum arrives it attaches to the bid it amends and strikes the line it replaced.

The recurring questions, asked of every package
Cross-check between specs, sheets and keynotes
Addenda attached, superseded lines struck, dates updated
A 1,204-page bid set stacked beside a spec binder

03

Every line cites its source.

Each extracted requirement carries a page chip that opens the page it came from. Where the documents are silent it says not stated. Where they disagree it flags a conflict. Bob recommends bid or no bid against your rules and shows the reasoning; your call is recorded separately.

04

Ask it anything, forever.

Every package, manufacturer sheet and decision stays askable. Answers come back cited. The assistant can act on what it finds, and it never sends anything without a person clicking Send.

Beta: automated takeoff to a filled estimate.

Beta

Bidroq opens Bluebeam on your estimator's Windows desktop and performs a preliminary roofing takeoff: areas, edge lengths and counts, written as real Bluebeam measurements your estimator can open, inspect and correct in the tool they already use.

The measurements flow into your own Excel estimating template. Bidroq writes only the input cells, leaves every formula untouched, and reports each cell it wrote and each it refused.

Beta with our design partner. No accuracy figure is published until it is measured. An estimator approves every number before anything leaves your office.1

Requires a Windows desktop with a licensed Bluebeam install.

Hot-air welded seam on a single-ply membrane roof

What it refuses to do.

It will not overwrite a formula it cannot justify.
It will not treat coincidence as a learned rule.
It will not interpret manufacturer silence as approval.
It will not mark a bid ready when anything failed to load.
It will not send an email without a person clicking Send.

Bidroq is built to say I don't know, here is why, rather than guess convincingly.
