Why we do not charge per bid.
"Some bids are very simple, and some can be very complex, so it's difficult to use a "price per bid" model... I believe a flat monthly cost would see the most "bang for your buck" from a company standpoint."

Automated takeoff to filled estimate, when you are ready.
The second tier runs the takeoff for you: Bidroq works in your own Bluebeam on a Windows desktop, writes real measurements your estimator can inspect and correct, then fills your Excel template, formulas untouched, and reports every cell it wrote. It is in beta, priced separately, and not part of the trial.2
"Phase two would help eliminate the needs for another project manager/estimator... This could save around 50k-90k in another salary."

Pricing questions.
What does it cost?
$699 a month on annual prepay, $899 month to month. That is the whole Bid Intelligence tier for your company.
Are there limits on packages or users?
No. Unlimited packages, unlimited estimators, unlimited pages. A 1,204-page set costs the same as a 60-page set.
Why not charge per bid?
Because you cannot know which invitation deserves a read until something has read it. A per-bid meter makes you ration the reading, which is the one thing the product is for.
What happens on day 30?
Nothing automatic. No card is on file. Choose a plan to keep everything you have loaded. Do nothing and your account stays readable for 30 more days so you can export, then it is purged. Paid accounts keep everything for as long as the account exists.
Does $699 include takeoff and pricing?
No. Automated Bluebeam takeoff and the filled estimate are the $2,500 tier, in beta, and are not part of the trial. Ask a founder.
Do you train models on our documents?
No. Bidroq never trains models on your documents. Your packages, pricing and bid history are used to answer your questions and nothing else. Corrections your estimators make improve your account only.
What is the annual discount?
$200 a month, paid as one annual prepay at $8,388 instead of $10,788 month to month.

- Category prices as published on each vendor's pricing page, reviewed August 2026.
- Derived: a two-hour hand read against a twenty-minute Bidroq read. Illustrative, not a customer measurement.
- Illustrative firm, not a customer result: 100 invitations a month, $350,000 average roofing scope, 15% win rate. The 40% coverage ratio is the Colorado design partner's (15 of its 35 to 40 invitations a month get a full review); 90% is the model's cap, because about 1 in 10 invitations is a no-bid by choice.
- Derived: a two-hour hand read against a twenty-minute Bidroq read is 1.67 hours returned per package. $90,000 fully loaded over 2,080 hours is $43.27 an hour, so $72 a package. $699 divided by $72 is 9.7. Illustrative, not a customer measurement.
