Terms of service

The subscription

Bid Intelligence is $699 per desk per month on annual prepay, or $899 month to month. It includes unlimited bid packages and unlimited users in your office. Nothing is metered, per bid, per seat or per page. Takeoff and pricing is a separate tier, in beta, and is not included.

Annual plans are invoiced up front for twelve months. Month-to-month plans are invoiced monthly and renew until you cancel. Prices can change at renewal with 30 days' notice; they do not change inside a term you have already paid for.

The trial

Thirty days of the full Bid Intelligence tier on your real invitations. No card, no package limit, no estimator limit. At the end it stops; it does not roll into a paid plan on its own, and there is nothing to cancel if you do nothing.

What the read is

Bidroq reads drawings, specifications and addenda and prints the spec section and page number under every line it extracts. Where the documents are silent it says so instead of filling the gap. Your estimator verifies against the set and is responsible for the bid that goes out.

Bidroq does not measure drawings, does not submit a proposal on your behalf, and does not send email without a person clicking send. We make no claim about win rate, revenue or bids won, and you should not read one into anything we publish. Takeoff and pricing carry no accuracy claim while in beta.

Your documents and your data

You keep every right in the documents you send and in the output of a read. We get a licence to process them for the single purpose of running your account, and nothing wider. Personal information is covered by Privacy; processing terms for your customers' data are in Data processing.

You confirm you are allowed to forward the packages you forward. If a general contractor's portal forbids it, that is between you and the general, and you should not connect it.

Acceptable use

Do not resell access, do not use the product to build a competing read, do not attempt to reach another tenant's data, and do not upload anything you have no right to hold. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.

Availability and support

We aim for the product to be available whenever your invitations land, which in practice means overnight. Support is by email, answered by a person, usually within one business day.

Ending it

Cancel by email to hello@bidroq.com. Month-to-month ends at the end of the paid month. Annual ends at the end of the term; we do not refund an unused part of a term unless we have failed to deliver the service. On cancellation you can export your reads, and deletion follows the retention schedule: readable for 30 days after cancellation, then purged.

We can end an account for non-payment after notice, or for the acceptable-use reasons above.

Liability

The product is provided as it is, without warranties beyond those the law will not let us exclude. Neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a bid you did or did not win. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The rest

If we change these terms we will email the account address 30 days before the change applies. If a clause is unenforceable the rest stands.
