## The math

- 35 to 40 bid invitations a month at a $15M commercial roofer.
- 15 get a full review; the rest are triaged by title and never opened (40% coverage).
- Under 2 hours per full review by hand. 20 minutes with Bidroq.
- 15 reviews × about 1.67 hours saved = about 25 hours back a month.

Source: pricing and value discovery v2, 12 August 2026, n=2, one account, for invitations, coverage and hand-read time. The hours saved are derived from a two-hour hand read against a twenty-minute Bidroq read; illustrative, not a customer measurement.

## $699 against what those hours cost

| Loaded rate | Hours saved / mo | Labor value / mo | $699 as share | Net to you / mo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| $70/hr | 25 | $1,750 | 40% | $1,051 |
| $85/hr | 25 | $2,125 | 33% | $1,426 |
| $100/hr | 25 | $2,500 | 28% | $1,801 |
| $120/hr | 25 | $3,000 | 23% | $2,301 |

Loaded rate is an assumption, not survey data.

## Why flat, not per bid

> "Some bids are very simple, and some can be very complex, so it's difficult to use a price-per-bid model. I believe a flat monthly cost would see the most bang for your buck." — owner/GM, Colorado design partner, August 2026 survey

A meter on a variable-effort input punishes the customer for the bids that are easy and makes the hard ones feel expensive. At an illustrative $50 a package, per-bid pricing breaks even against $699 at 14 bids a month and reaches $2,000 at 40. The flat line never moves.

## Context

The design partner spends $2,500 to $5,000 a month on software today, so Bidroq is 14 to 28 percent of that wallet. Published category prices, mostly per seat: Downtobid $119 to $299 per company; Quotr.ai $300 to $500 per seat; Togal.AI $199 to $299 per seat; STACK $183 to $333 per seat billed yearly; AI estimating tiers $200 to $1,800 per seat. Bidroq is $699 per company with unlimited seats.

## Phase 2 against an avoided hire

The second tier is priced against the estimator or PM you do not have to hire — the design partner put that at $50,000 to $90,000 a year. Bidroq with takeoff and pricing is $30,000 a year. It is in beta and carries no accuracy claim.

## The trial

Day 0: sign up with a work email — no card, no call, one field. You get one forwarding address back, in the form bids-yourcompany@in.bidroq.com. Same day: first scope sheet back. Days 1 to 30: forward everything, unlimited packages and users. Day 30: choose a plan, or do nothing. No card is on file. Everything you loaded stays readable and downloadable for 30 more days, then it is purged. $699 a month on annual prepay, $899 month to month.

## Pricing FAQ

**How much does Bidroq cost?** $699 a month with annual prepay, $899 month to month. Flat, unlimited bid packages, no per-bid or per-seat fees. Takeoff and pricing is $2,500 a month annual, in beta.

**Is there a limit on bid packages or users?** No.

**Why is it not priced per bid?** Bid effort varies. Both design-partner respondents rejected per-bid pricing outright. A flat price means you send everything, and sending everything is what makes the memory useful.

**What happens on day 30?** Nothing automatic. No card is on file. Choose a plan to keep everything you have loaded. Do nothing and your account stays readable for 30 more days so you can export, then it is purged. Paid accounts keep everything for as long as the account exists.

**Do you train AI models on our bid documents?** No. Bidroq never trains models on your documents. Your packages, pricing and bid history are used to answer your questions and nothing else. Corrections your estimators make improve your account only.

**Is there a discount for annual prepay?** Yes — $699 against $899, which is $2,400 a year.

Operating data comes from one design-partner account (n=2, one company) and appears as an attributed customer statement, never as an industry claim. Pricing structure is high confidence; dollar levels are low confidence pending a third-company survey.
